Sacramento native Chris Kennedy served in the Navy for four years as a Damage Control fireman on the USS Kitty Hawk after graduating from El Camino High School. He entered the mortgage industry in 2000, leveraging his military work ethic and discipline to become a top producer. With relationships established with over 20 banks, private investors, and local government, Chris and his team provide lending programs to meet the needs of all clients, from first-time homebuyers to experienced property investors. They offer on-the-spot qualifications, fast approvals, and timely closings to clients in Sacramento, Roseville, Yolo, and El Dorado counties.

Letticia is a first-generation child of her family and was born in Davis, raised in Sacramento. After attending college, she returned to Sacramento and gained experience in property management, marketing, and sales from the tech industry. Letticia's passion for homes and the mortgage industry led her to join Chris Kennedy and the team. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients and business partners and aims to help homeowners achieve their next big milestone. Letticia's proficiency in Spanish allows her to assist non-English speaking buyers in achieving homeownership.

Dora was born and raised in Guatemala City. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, her passion revolves around helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. Brandon, originally from Sacramento, graduated from Sheldon High and obtained a Bachelor's in Science from Sac State. He started his career as a local real estate agent but later transitioned to focusing on the financial aspects of the industry. Brandon prioritizes exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients and industry partners, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process. He is skilled at simplifying complex concepts for both clients and realtor partners. With a dedication to hard work, integrity, and a friendly approach, Brandon aims to create mutually beneficial outcomes for all involved in transactions.

Anthony is Sacramento proud! He grew up in the Pocket, Greenhaven neighborhood. Later graduating from Elk Grove High school, home of the Thundering Herd. Anthony immediately found his passion to communicate and sell. This provided the opportunity to create a very valuable network of business professionals throughout the region. Anthony is the newest member of The Chris Kennedy Team. He aims to adopt the core foundational beliefs that have given this group the longevity it has; care for the client, the customer, and the people we work with at the highest level.
